The Tri-County Board of REALTORS®, formerly known as Manchester Board of REALTORS®, was chartered on May 9, 1946. Its purpose is to serve local Real Estate professionals. The organization has served our community and members for over 50 years. In 1997, the Association grew to include the Willimantic Board of Realtors. Currently we are an organization consisting of 400 members and affiliates and growing. We are innovative, progressive and constantly striving to promote the ever changing Real Estate community.

| M. Bruce Scuderi of Ellington has been named the 2009 REALTOR® of the Year by the Tri-County Board of REALTORS®. Bruce is a second generation Realtor. He is the president for 2010 and has served as a director for the past 4 years. He is the chairman of the nominating committee has served on the Grievance Committee and is on the Professional Standards committee. Bruce holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Professional Standards Certified Specialist (PSCS) designations. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, and is on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. Bruce has worked for Re/Max East of the River for the last 8 years. |
